How it started
“For our kickoff event, we want it to be full of surprises, with inspiring speakers and a clear theme that ties everything together. We also need to keep our team updated on our plans and changes for the upcoming year, and we want to recognize our top performers with sales awards. Can you help us come up with ideas and a theme that can fit all of this into a 3-day event?”
Creating a theme that covers everything is tough. We spent a few hours brainstorming for this client. Eventually, we suggested the theme ‘Moving the needle,’ which they loved. It’s a phrase that inspires employees to set and achieve personal goals, while also driving success for the company. This theme has worked well for other clients too. If it fits your event, great! But if not, we’re happy to come up with something new.
