How it started
We often arrange kick-off parties for this client, and one vital aspect of each kick-off is the celebration. When we plan these evenings, our first step is to find a unique place to host them. This location sets the stage for a memorable experience.
We make sure that the venue, food, and activities match the chosen theme perfectly. For this kick off event themed ‘Fast Forward,’ highlighting future prospects and industry innovations, we chose a hangar at Teugen Airport. This hangar has historical significance as Europe’s first flight school, making it a fitting symbol of innovation. The airport theme set the tone for a fun and unforgettable party.
Program
We set up a cozy gala ambiance
The hangar was transformed with golden stars, red tablecloths, and elegant golden plates to create a warm gala ambiance.
Staff dressed as flight attendants
In line with the theme, guests were guided to their seats during dinner by flight attendants wielding lightsabers.
Live band AND DJ
A second space was set up in the hangar for the party. In addition to a live band, there was also a DJ. Obviously the celebration continued into the late hours.
