How it started
Each year, we arrange an employee weekend for this client, exploring a new region in the Netherlands each time. This year, the picturesque destination of Friesland was selected. We booked an island where employees engaged in a variety of activities throughout the day. As the sun set, everyone retreated to different nearby hotels for the night, ready to embark on more adventures the next day.
Program
Private island in the Netherlands
For the daytime program, we rented an island and fully furnished it with tents, furniture, decorations, etc.
Cozy dinner and party night
All participants were brought to the island by boat. After the daytime fun, we had dinner on "our" island and then had a big party that went on until late.
Water-based teambuilding
The next day kicked off with a hilarious performance by a famous Frisian comedian. Then, we hit the water for a range of sports activities.
Frisian handball, sailing, surfing, and more!
'No pressure, all pleasure' is often the motto of our events. Employees had the freedom to pick the activities they wanted to join.
