How it started
The company asked us to plan a memorable gala for all their employees. After a year of hard work, it was time for them to unwind and enjoy themselves. Since they had already used most of the hotels in Amsterdam for their meetings and events, we had to find a unique venue. We suggested several options, but finally settled on the Maritime Museum. A unique, yet challenging location.
We had to set up the majority of the event between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM since the museum was open during the day. Additionally, we had to work with a kitchen that was not really suitable for a multi-course dinner for a large group of people. But at Summit Events, we always find a suitable solution for everything!

For the gala, a James Bond theme was chosen. On the red carpet, an iconic James Bond photo was taken of each employee.
Each course tailored to the James Bond theme
Time for dinner! Each course was a spectacle in presentation and/or serving. The highlight was the dessert by Jeroen Goossens.
Gathering together for a speech
After dinner, we all gathered in the courtyard around the large Christmas tree. Chips hanging from the tree could be used in the casino.
Grand party with multiple spaces
For the party, we had a casino area, a James Bond lounge, a cigar room (without cigars), and of course, a disco room.
