How it started
Since 2022 was tough for many, our client wanted to end it on a high note by organizing a special day for their employees and their families. They gave us the freedom to plan, but we had to keep the diverse nationalities in mind. So, we made sure to include elements that appealed to everyone.
We had Dutch artists singing international songs, the DJ played music from around the globe, and the food options were diverse, featuring not just Dutch delights like stroopwafels but also dishes from various cultures.
After the outdoor festival, we moved the party indoors with a big bash. To smoothly transition, we arranged a spectacular show that brought everyone together. It was a moment to express gratitude to the team for their hard work throughout the year

Many activities for all ages
The festival had something for everyone, from crafting Christmas ornaments to a snowball scavenger hunt, ice skating, and curling.
Winter BBQ with live cooking
Guests enjoyed a delicious winter BBQ, with live cooking both indoors and outdoors over an open fire.
Thrilling jetski and flyboard show
At 7 o'clock, all guests gathered for a breathtaking show that brought everyone together in awe.
Three room party experience
In the 'Fire' hall, acoustic live music, magicians, and fortune tellers entertained guests. The 'Ice' hall featured arcade games and tasty cocktails. And in the third hall, a silent disco kept the party going.
