Staff outing at the beach for everyone
When organising a staff outing at the beach, not everyone will be equally sporty. That is why Summit Events also has a number of quieter activities in its range, such as golf. In addition to beach golf, we also offer other golf variants for staff outings such as disc golf (also known as frisbee golf) and foot golf (the combination of football and golf). In short, enough options to add quiet activities to your programme.
How does it work?
Is it really possible to play golf on the beach with a staff outing? Isn’t that dangerous with hard golf balls and beachgoers? No, it isn’t. We organise golf on our official activity beach in front of our pavilion. We use practice balls for this, which are slightly softer than standard golf balls and are used on average to hit 1/3 of the normal distance. In addition to other balls, we also use slightly larger holes at beach golf. We think the challenges of playing golf on the beach are big enough already.
If you go golfing on the beach during a staff outing, we generally organise this in the form of a 9-hole course, but an 18-hole course is also possible on request.

Golf a la carte
Whether you choose beach golf, disc golf or foot golf, in all cases the activity is very suitable for a staff outing on the beach. You can play golf as part of a rotation programme, or during a business event or corporate family day as part of an ‘a la carte’ programme. In a ‘beach a la carte’ programme, we organise various activities on the beach in consultation with the client. These activities usually range from active to more creative. We then organise several activity rounds of an average of 45 to 60 minutes. During each round, the guests can decide for themselves which activity they want to do. Everyone puts together his / her ideal programme for his / her staff outing on the beach.
